S+SSPR 2008 Registration Guidelines and Fees
The registration fees for the S+SSPR 2008 conference are listed below.

Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the authors before submission of the final manuscript (due September 11, 2008).
Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference paying regular registration fees (not student fee) before submitting the camera-ready copy of his/her manuscript(s). Papers submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings. Please note that this fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.
According to IAPR's policy, should an author have more than one paper accepted, only one registration is required for publication, although other authors are encouraged to register and participate at the conference.
There is no refund for a conference fee associated with an accepted conference paper.
If you are an author of an accepted paper, please try to register as early as possible (hopefully well before the September 11, 2008 early author deadline) so that your registration can be processed in a timely manner.

Full registration includes CD proceedings, all coffee breaks, the reception and the conference banquet. A fee is charged for guests.Early Registration
If you register for the S+SSPR 2008 conference by the early registration deadline (September 11, 2008) you will have to pay a discounted conference fee, as the above conference fee table shows.IAPR Member Registration
A discount is given to members of any Society affiliated with the IAPR. The name of the society that can confirm your membership and your membership number can be e-mailed, at the time that you register, to michaelg@mail.ucf.edu with the Subject Area: S+SSPR 2008; IAPR Membership Confirmation.A list of IAPR societies is available at http://www.iapr.org/aboutus/organizations.php
Student Registration
Student Registration is available for registered full-time students. Any student registration should be confirmed by sending an e-mail to UCF Continuing Education (dcereg@mail.ucf.edu). In this e-mail, use as a subject area S+SSPR 2008 Student Registration, and attach a letter from your supervisor who can confirm your student status. If you are the only author or if none of your co-authors are registering for the conference then you must register as IAPR member and pay the higher fee.Reception and Conference Banquet
Additional reception and conference banquet tickets can be purchased on the registration form (or on-site), subject to availability.Additional CD Proceedings
Additional CD Proceedings can be purchased on the registration form. Please purchase your additional CD proceedings when you register, because the available additional CD Proceedings during the conference might be limited.Invitation Letter and Acceptance Letter
Letters of invitations are available upon request to authors of accepted papers and registered delegates. Send requests to Michael Georgiopoulos (michaelg@mail.ucf.edu). Please include your name, affiliation, complete mailing address, email, and your paper number. Before we send you the invitation letter we will confirm that you registered for the conference.Refund Information:
Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Request for a refund needs to be made in writing to the UCF Continuing Education Business Office at dcereg@mail.ucf.edu by 11/28/08.There is no refund for a conference fee associated with an accepted conference paper.
