Registration Steps for S+SSPR 2008

This site is hosted by UCF Continuing Education and as a result some of the information listed there is of more general form than what the conference requires. However, we will guide you through this site in a number of easy-to-follow steps.
1. The first thing that you do when you visit the site is click the button that says "Enroll Yourself"
2. The previous action will take you in another page, where you have to click the button that says "Create Account"
3. The previous step will lead you into a screen that asks you some information (such as first, last name, etc). Please fill out only the items that are mandatory (designated with an asterisk) and ignore all the other items. In the place where it asks you about street address please put (a) Address if you are from US and (b) Address, City and Country if you are not from the US, since the system does not allow you to put in the City tab other cities but US cities. After you fill out all the needed (asterisked) items you click the button "Create Account"
4. The previous step will lead you into a page where the various fees are listed. Your conference fee covers attendance of any technical session, the food and refreshments provided at the breaks of the sessions, your reception ticket, banquet ticket, and a CD with the papers of the conference. Extra fees apply if you want to purchase a paper version of the proceedings, additional CDs and additional banquet tickets. After you complete all the fee payments that apply to your case you click on the box "Finish Registration"
5. The previous step will lead you into another screen that gives you the option to pay on-line, using a credit card. We recommend that you pay your conference fees on-line. If you do decide to pay the fees on-line click the "Submit" button and follow the easy steps to complete the on-line payment of your fees.
NOTE 1: It is important that the steps above (1-5) are completed all at once. If for some reason they are not completed all at once we recommend that you e-mail UCF Continuing Education at dcereg@mail.ucf.edu (or call them at 407-882-0260 (US number)) and ask them to delete your name from their database, so that you can re-register for the conference and pay your fees, following steps 1-5, all at once.
NOTE 2: If you choose not to pay your conference fees using the on-line system, you need to finish only steps 1-3 of the above registration process. Then you can download the pdf version of the registration form that is provided below, and mail it or fax it to the UCF Continuing Education Department (mail address, and fax number are provided on the form).
